We love baking with gluten—the stuff that makes our breads, donuts, and pastries irresistibly delicious. Because our kitchen is a lively, open-air creative space (and yes, gluten particles love to dance in the air here), we can’t promise any of our treats are 100% gluten-free.

You might spot some items labeled “gluten sensitive.” This means they’re made without gluten-containing ingredients—but due to our kitchen environment, we can’t guarantee they’re completely gluten-free. Think of it as gluten-friendly, but not gluten-proof.
